We require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of sessions for team practices or goalie clinics (unless there is a medical emergency accompanied by a doctor’s note, or a family medical emergency). Otherwise, the rate of the session will be fully charged. This provides enough time for others to sign up. To cancel/reschedule the appointment, a confirmation email was sent to the email address that was used for registration. The confirmation email will have a link to reschedule or cancel the session.
